Welcome to BK Shuman Photography.

  Hi I am Bryan Shuman for the past five years I have been farming with my father and brother just east of Springfield, Ohio. In 1992 I recieved a degree in photography from the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology in Dayton, Ohio. I shot part-time for the Springfield News&Sun for a couple of years. Plus shooting weddings, portraits, playing with fashion for the next 7 years. Then things happen and I sold all my gear. Two years ago for Christmas my lovely wife, Lorriane got me a small digital camera that left a lot to be desired and took crappy pictures. But it resparked my love of photography and the enjoyment of capturing the special moments in our lives. I have now made an investment in Canon digital equipment and opened BK Shuman Photography in August of 2008 out of my love of photography and out of the enjoyment from meeting new people.
